Security Scheduler & Dispatcher

Jason’s Security is hiring a Security Scheduler & Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.

Job Type

- Full-time / Part-time
- Flexible shifts

Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily and weekly security guard schedules
- Coordinate guard coverage for multiple client sites
- Handle call-ins, replacements, and last-minute shift changes
- Dispatch guards and communicate shift instructions
- Confirm guard attendance and shift coverage
- Communicate with guards, supervisors, and clients
- Monitor and respond to operational issues
- Maintain accurate scheduling and attendance records
- Assist with daily security operations
- Ensure all posts are properly staffed

Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle last-minute changes and emergencies professionally




- Valuable computer and phone communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Previous scheduling or dispatch experience is an asset
- Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
- Security Guard Licence is an asset but not mandatory
