- Facilitate accurate and timely trade executions
- Manage client inquiries through calls, chats, and online channels
- Maintain expertise in MD products and market trends
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
- Identify and address administrative issues efficiently Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or comparable field
- Front-line customer service experience in finance
- CIRO Registered Representative designation required
- Life License (LLQP) or willingness to acquire
