Position Overview

United Floral Inc. seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Floral Arranger to support our product team by producing beautiful bouquets, seasonal arrangements, and other floral products. The ideal candidate has a passion for flowers or experience working with flowers.

Work Availability: Seasonal

General work hours are Sunday through Friday, with an average 8-hour shift between 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Specific schedules will be determined in agreement with the team member based on availability and business needs. The schedule may be subject to change based on operational and seasonal requirements at the sole discretion of management.

Key Responsibilities: Your role will encompass the execution of tasks pertinent to the Production Floral Arranger positions, along with additional responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.

· Produce floral arrangments and other floral products efficiently and according to work orders and designer specifications.

· Receive, unload, sort, and apply accurate barcodes for inventory and customer orders.

· Handle fragile and perishable products, ensuring quality control.

· Check orders for accuracy and grade products for quality and freshness.

· Perform general warehouse duties, including packaging, organizing, and palletization of shipments.

· Manage daily operations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.





· Engage in physical activities such as lifting heavy objects and manufacturing.

· Always adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of floral products and ability to identify quality issues preferred.

· Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and solution oriented.

· Previous experience in bouquet production or a similar environment is advantageous.

· Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· Physical ability to lift items to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

· Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.
