- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing sales efficiently
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant items to increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked, attractive, and compliant with merchandising standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional communication skills
- Support store operations by managing time effectively,



keeping the workspace tidy, and adhering to store policies on phone etiquette and organizational procedures

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with pop culture is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and POS transactions
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems enhances your fit for this role
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed during the seasonal period
