As Team

Lead – Emergency Response & Security, you will ensure that all emergency response measures are effectively planned and executed.

Your responsibilities will include leading emergency response teams and overseeing site security procedures. Fostering operational excellence and compliance with health and safety regulations will be key aspects of this vital position. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Emergency Response Officers and security teams
- Develop and refine emergency response plans and protocols
- Participate in risk assessments and safety audits
- Facilitate emergency drills and evaluate performance
- Coordinate security incident investigations and responses Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in mining operations
- 5+ years in an emergency response or ERT capacity
- Knowledge of Ontario mining safety regulations
- Proven leadership and training abilities
