Responsibilities

- Patrol designated areas regularly to deter suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to oversee activity across the premises in real-time
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct thorough inspections of individuals and packages to prevent theft or security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate actions and communication with emergency responders if necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance observations for record-keeping and reporting purposes




- Enforce loss prevention strategies by identifying potential risks and implementing preventative measures

Requirements

- Proven experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems is essential
- Strong understanding of loss prevention methods and security protocols
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities
- Ability to remain calm, alert, and decisive during emergencies or high-pressure situations
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods
