We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced security professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership capability as a Security & Surveillance Shift Manager (SSSM).

Reporting to the Security Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of security and surveillance operations, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team while maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our guests and employees.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations, ideally within a regulated and compliance-driven workplace.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing team performance, sound decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong interpersonal,



verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to positive guest experiences.
- Sound knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to security operations.
- Experience as a Surveillance Operator, or the ability to successfully attain a Monitoring Room Operator Licence and undertake training.
- Reliability and flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
