A career as a Senior Advisor in Supplier Governance on the it Vendor Management team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in managing relationships, performance and risks related to suppliers. Your job

- Governance of external technology suppliers by establishing lasting relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments
- Plan and lead monthly and quarterly governance meetings with suppliers and internal partners
- Assess supplier performance using relevant indicators, produce reports and recommend corrective measures required
- Managing risks associated with third parties and contributing to implementing mitigation measures tailored to the organisation's needs
- Participate in contract negotiations and monitor the contract lifecycle in collaboration with the teams concerned
- Influence stakeholders and make recommendations to improve performance, service quality and supplier relationship management

Your team The Vice-President – Operations, Security, it and Supplier Management, is a team made up of several specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of their field and continuously improve processes. You are part of a team of 35 colleagues in the it Vendor Management and Business Relations group and report to the Senior Manager. Prerequisites

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years of relevant experience OR any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent
- Proven experience in supplier governance in the it field
- Experience in managing supplier performance and producing reports
- Experience in contract management, particularly in monitoring the contract lifecycle
- Experience in managing third-party risks and implementing mitigation measures
- Negotiation experience with suppliers and business partners

Languages: French, English Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
