IGM Financial Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the continued development and execution of its Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. This role will coordinate assigned areas of the program, partner with business leaders and key stakeholders, and help strengthen business continuity and crisis management capabilities across the organization.

The Senior Analyst, Business Continuity Management will play an important role in coordinating program activities, maintaining continuity and crisis management documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve the organization's preparedness and resilience. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to support timely completion of reviews, drive awareness of BCM requirements, and provide practical guidance on business continuity policies and best practices.

What you will do:

- Coordinate and lead assigned areas of the Business Continuity Management program, ensuring activities are completed in accordance with established standards and timelines.
- Design and define interactions between processes, people and systems to support effective business continuity planning.
- Oversee Business Continuity reviews and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and resolution of outstanding items.
- Evaluate Business Continuity plans to identify opportunities for improvement, including simplification,



standardization and gaps in coverage, and support the implementation of agreed enhancements.
- Maintain and update Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans in accordance with Business Continuity standards and requirements.
- Monitor program compliance and follow up where additional action or remediation is required.
- Build and foster effective relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Promote corporate awareness of the Business Continuity Management program and reinforce the importance of business preparedness.
- Create and deliver engaging communications in support of BCM awareness campaigns and program initiatives.
- Create and present materials to guide and educate business partners on Business Continuity policies, requirements and leading practices.
- Provide support to leadership during incidents that impact business operations, as required.
- Manage and oversee the shared mailbox and intake process for the Business Continuity Management team, ensuring requests are appropriately assessed and actioned.
- Lead and execute ad hoc assignments and special initiatives as required.

What you bring:

- Experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, risk management or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of business continuity planning, including the relationship between processes, people, technology and third-party dependencies.
- Ability to assess plans critically, identify gaps and translate findings into practical improvements.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and partners at different levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear communications and deliver presentations to business audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,500 - $91,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
