The Role

We are implementing our new ERP (Epicor Kinetic) and building StructureCraftOS, our company-wide system of work. Process definition sits upstream of every module, integration, and future automation - and it needs one skilled owner.

You will own StructureCraft's process architecture: verify and govern the company process map as the single source of truth, and hand verified definitions to the configuration teams. This is a senior, hands-on role.

What you will do

– Verify and sign off processes with their function owners; facilitate the working sessions and resolve conflicts.

– Model as-is and to-be processes in BPMN 2.0; establish and maintain the process hierarchy, SIPOC definitions, and RACI assignments.

– Act as editor-in-chief of the map: own the modeling standard, the sign-off ritual, and the change discipline (map current within 10 working days of any change).

– Link processes to systems and data; own the target-state design that feeds ERP configuration and integration - our implementation partner configures Epicor, they do not write our process definitions.

– Operate and co-develop the Process Atlas, our own process platform, as its daily superuser and content steward.

– Own continuous improvement after go-live.

– Helps transform the business processes into AI-centric systems and drives hand-on configuration of AI agents built in various functions





What we look for

– 7+ years in business analysis, business-process management, or process architecture, including ownership of a company-level process model.

– Expert BPMN 2.0; confident with process frameworks and hierarchies (APQC PCF or equivalent).

– Cross-functional literacy across finance, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and supply chain.

– Engineer-to-order literacy: bill of materials as an output of engineering rather than an input, cost captured against job cost codes, capacity-driven fabrication. Construction, manufacturing or engineer-to-order background strongly preferred.

– ERP implementation exposure and a working understanding of master data and integrations.

– Strong facilitation and writing discipline: procedures people actually read and follow.

Nice to have: Epicor Kinetic or a comparable manufacturing / project ERP; prefabricated structures exposure; Lean / Six Sigma training.
