I’m partnering with a leading professional services firm on a senior leadership opportunity within its growing P&C; actuarial practice.

This is a broad, market-facing role for an experienced P&C; actuary who enjoys combining technical expertise with client leadership and practice development.

The chance:

- Lead and advise on complex P&C; actuarial engagements across reserving, financial reporting, audit and related areas
- Work closely with senior clients and help shape strategic solutions
- Play a key role in growing the practice, developing new capabilities and identifying market opportunities
- Lead and mentor actuarial professionals across the team
- Opportunity to introduce new approaches, technology and innovation to improve how actuarial work is delivered
- Appointed Actuary / signing experience would be highly valued,



though not essential

Ideal background:

- FCIA / FSA / FCAS or equivalent actuarial qualification
- Significant Canadian P&C; actuarial experience
- Strong reserving and financial reporting background
- Consulting experience and/or strong external client exposure
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and practice growth
- Comfortable operating at a senior leadership level

Location : Flexible across Canada

Flexible/hybrid working environment; client interaction and some travel expected
