We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior HealthCare Technologist to join our team! This position is suited to a Senior Technologist who can perform the Job Captain role on complex healthcare projects, leading architectural production and coordinating complete drawing packages through design development, permit, tender and construction documents.

What You’ll Do

- Lead architectural production from schematic design through design development, permit, tender and construction documents.
- Remain hands‑on in Revit while coordinating and reviewing the work of junior and intermediate team members.
- Take ownership of complete, accurate and coordinated architectural drawing packages.




- Coordinate production priorities and deliverables with the Project Manager to meet project schedules, quality expectations and firm documentation standards.
- Identify and resolve technical, code, constructability, building envelope and coordination issues throughout document production.
- Manage production priorities and deliverables to meet project schedules, quality expectations and firm documentation standards.
- Apply healthcare design and documentation requirements to renovations, additions and other complex healthcare projects.
- Support quality assurance reviews, site reviews, contract administration and the resolution of construction‑related issues.
- Mentor junior and intermediate technologists in technical documentation, detailing and Revit production.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

- Diploma or degree in Architectural and Building Technology, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in an architectural practice in Canada
- Registration with the AIBC as an Architectural Technologist, or eligibility to register, is considered an asset

Technical Skills

- Expert proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery
- Advanced knowledge of construction detailing, building systems, and constructability principles
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards




- Experience leading technical coordination and resolving complex project challenges
- Strong knowledge of building envelope systems, material performance, and technical risk management
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and industry‑standard software
