Our public sector client is seeking a

Senior IM Business Analyst (10+ years) to support modernization initiatives using records management, information lifecycle management, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online. This role supports modernization and digital transformation initiatives focused on records management and information lifecycle management. The engagement includes research, analysis, requirements definition, and options analysis related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, records retention, disposition, and information governance.

The successful consultant will support the assessment of current information management practices and contribute to future-state business requirements and enterprise-enabled approaches. Responsibilities

Review and analyze information management policies, standards, directives, frameworks,



and guidance Conduct research and analysis of current information lifecycle management practices, repositories, metadata, and SharePoint Online structures Assess alignment between information holdings, legacy repositories, Microsoft 365 structures, and information architectures

Define and document business requirements related to records retention, disposition, auditability, reporting, search, legal hold, eDiscovery, and information governance Engage stakeholders to validate findings, clarify requirements, and identify constraints and dependencies Develop and assess courses of action addressing identified gaps related to policy, governance, metadata, reporting, and enterprise-enabled capabilities

Prepare analyses, recommendations, briefing materials, reports, and decision-support documentation for engagement activities Must Haves
