Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Implementation to lead complex, enterprise-scale commercial software implementation programs from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and transition to operations.

This role will provide senior-level leadership across multidisciplinary teams, implementation partners, vendors, and external clients while ensuring programs meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual, and business objectives.

Must-Have Requirements

- 10+ years of project or program management experience, including complex enterprise software implementations.
- PMP certification or an equivalent internationally recognized project/program management designation.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end external client implementations, from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Strong experience managing multiple workstreams, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendors.
- Demonstrated experience with contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), scope management, change requests, and change control.
- Experience leading data migration, system integration, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
- Formal people leadership experience and the ability to lead teams in a matrix workplace.
- Strong senior-level client, executive, vendor, and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with SaaS, configurable software products, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software platforms.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice-to-Have
- Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change-management certification.
- Experience supporting organizational readiness, adoption, training, and transition.
- Experience in property assessment,



land information, geographic information, or public-sector technology environments.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

What You’ll Do
- Lead complex software implementation programs from initiation through close-out.
- Develop integrated implementation plans covering deliverables, milestones, resources, dependencies, governance, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead multidisciplinary internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Oversee implementation readiness, testing, data migration, deployment, onboarding, and transition to operations.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change controls.
- Lead client steering committees and executive-level governance meetings.
- Monitor program delivery, financial performance, quality, client satisfaction, and implementation outcomes.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, resource requirements, expenditures, and profitability.
- Interpret contracts and SOWs and assess the delivery and financial implications of scope changes.
- Coach and develop team members while building a collaborative, customer-focused delivery environment.

Ideal Background We are looking for a senior implementation/program leader who has successfully delivered large, complex software implementations for external clients and is comfortable balancing technology delivery, commercial commitments, financial performance, stakeholder expectations, and organizational change.
