You will lead frontline supervisors, develop leaders, and partner with maintenance, QA and supply chains to meet standards and optimize performance.
The role requires 5+ years of management in manufacturing, solid leadership, and proficiency with ERP/Office tools. AIB certification and lean six sigma knowledge are pluses.
