ARO Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Licensed Paralegal to join our high-volume litigation team at our Burlington office.

Daily attendance in the office is required.

A hybrid work schedule may be available after the probationary period.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process
- Experience with Small Claims Court
- Ability to manage files independently
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong client service skills
- Previous experience in legal recovery is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities As part of our litigation team, you will:
- Draft and manage litigation documents, including pleadings, affidavits, motion records, and enforcement materials
- File and serve legal documents in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure and Small Claims Court requirements
- Attend various matters in Small Claims Court
- Assist counsel throughout all stages of litigation, including enforcement actions




- Manage the legal calendar and schedule court hearings
- Maintain and update client-specific legal trackers
- Prepare and review interest calculations
- Liaise with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and process servers
- Provide legal support across files in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba, when required
