- Process payroll accurately across various programs
- Analyze reports for job costs and vacation tracking
- Address payroll-related inquiries in a timely matter




- Audit new hire and change submissions with HR support
- Reconcile outstanding payroll checks with Accounting Requirements:
- At least 5 years of payroll processing experience
- Required High School diploma or GED
- Preferred Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Comprehensive understanding of union and salary payroll
