Lead initiatives related to product lifecycle management solutions and manufacturing execution systems; Orchestrate complex programs in an environment that combines traditional and agile approaches; Oversee integration work between different enterprise platforms, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and maintenance systems; Harmonize the activities of the various business sectors to ensure the achievement of the program's objectives; Mobilize stakeholders and foster constant alignment between operational and technology priorities; Support organizational transformation activities and support the adoption of new solutions in collaboration with specialized teams; Measure program performance using key indicators and recommend required adjustments; Anticipate risks, manage interdependencies and coordinate the efforts necessary for successful deliveries; Supervise multidisciplinary teams and promote effective collaboration between the various stakeholders; Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management and manufacturing transformation practices.The profile sought is as follows:

Accumulate at least fifteen (15) years of experience in technology and engineering project management; Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing large-scale programs; Develop expertise in product lifecycle management solutions and manufacturing execution systems; Drive complex programs involving multiple teams, suppliers, and stakeholders; Carry out organizational transformation initiatives in manufacturing contexts; Coordinate large-scale systems integration activities; Evolve in the manufacturing sector and understand its operational challenges; Use Jira in an advanced planning, monitoring, and coordination context; Knowledge of the aerospace industry is an asset; Proficiency in the solutions of the Dassault Systèmes suite, an important asset; Demonstrate leadership, strategic vision and an excellent ability to influence stakeholders; Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex and ever-changing workplace;* This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues internationally.
