Title: Senior QA/QE

Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Duration: 6 - 12 Months We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in payment testing, particularly with Connex systems. The ideal candidate will be able to jump right in and help alleviate the current pressure on our QA team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Connex switch migration, modernization, or replacement programs
- ISO 8583 message testing and transaction life-cycle validation
- Experience using XCheck for transaction simulation, ISO 8583 message validation, and payment switch testing
- Testing strategy, test planning, and test suite development
- Mainframe processing and interface testing
- ATM, POS, Debit, Credit, MCW, Interac, and network transaction flows
- Authorization, reversals, stand-in processing, settlement, and reconciliation flows testing
- End-to-end and system integration testing across distributed and mainframe platforms
- Test automation framework development and regression testing
- Performance, volume,



and resilience testing for high-throughput payment systems
- Defect management, root cause analysis, and production validation support
- Experience working with payment processors, card networks, or acquiring/issuing systems
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in a hybrid work environment
- Advanced knowledge in payment processing technologies
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing processes
- Conduct performance, volume, and resilience testing to ensure system reliability
