LOCATION: Mississauga, ON, Canada

We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to help ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support production, customer commitments, and operational success.

In this role, you'll work across a global supply chain network, using data-driven insights to support materials planning, inventory management, supply planning, and procurement activities. You'll collaborate with teams across manufacturing, operations, procurement, and logistics to solve supply challenges, improve planning processes, and help drive supply chain performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze materials management and supply chain data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Support material planning, inventory management, replenishment planning, and procurement activities to ensure material availability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and support effective supply and procurement planning
- Monitor inventory levels and help maintain inventory control practices that support production requirements
- Support the resolution of material shortages, delivery challenges, and other supply chain issues
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve supply reliability and operational performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and execution
- Support Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) and supply planning processes
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on projects aimed at improving planning accuracy,



inventory performance, and customer delivery

YOU MUST HAVE:

- Completion of post secondary degree or diploma program.
- 5+ years of work experience in a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of work experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

The Honeywell Aerospace building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

WE VALUE:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP/MPS, Procurement, Logistics, or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of SAP, MRP, or other material planning systems
- APICS or CPIM certification
- Robust analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex business challenges and prioritize competing demands
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across multiple functions
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience supporting change initiatives.
