We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a bartender.
- Take food and drink orders from guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience, addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age when serving alcohol.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide receipts.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe setting for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and menu offerings is advantageous.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or as per local legal requirements) with valid certifications if applicable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
