Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards




- Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Willingness to learn new skills such as food preparation and upselling techniques
