Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring explicit communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food preparation, serving, and cleanup
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations to promote a safe and inviting environment
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills





- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality principles and guest services excellence
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables and transactions smoothly
