The server advises customers, takes orders and serves food and beverages in the dining room. More generally, he/she collaborates with the other members of the dining room team to provide customers with an outstanding gastronomic experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up the dining room before service begins.
- Advise customers and take orders.
- Serve dishes ordered.
- Inquire about customer satisfaction at every prospect.
- Respond to customer requests.
- Do the billing once the meal is finished.
- Ensure cleanliness of work area, dining room and bathrooms.
- Perform any other related duties necessary for the smooth running of the service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of one (1) year experience in food service.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interest in teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
