Server/Shift Leader

As a Server/Shift Leader, you will blend exceptional table service with daily operational leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience. On the floor, you'll deliver flawless, hospitality-driven service that reflects a genuine passion for our venue and community. As a Shift Leader, you will support the GM and AGM by guiding front-of-house staff, coordinating between FOH and BOH teams, managing customer feedback, and setting up the restaurant for successful, high-standard shifts.

- ProServe certification
- Previous serving experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule required
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- You thrive in a rapid-paced environment with the ability to stand for a full shift
