Our Dining room and Bar are a big part of the Island Lake experience—it’s where guests come to relax after a day in the mountains, share stories over dinner, and enjoy a well-earned drink.

We’re looking for Servers to join our winter team. You’ll be part of a fun, hardworking crew and play an important role in creating a memorable experience for our guests, from the moment they sit down until the last plate is cleared. This is a busy, hands-on setting where no two shifts are quite the same. We’re looking for people who are friendly, confident, reliable, and enjoy working with guests.

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
- Have knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
- Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Create and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with confidence and a focus on quality.
- Know classic cocktails and be comfortable following recipes for new drinks and guest requests.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.




- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude.
- Pitch in and help your teammates whenever needed — teamwork makes the dream work!

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience

- Serving It Right certification
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, beer and spirits
- Strong guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash, POS systems, and process payments accurately
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
