We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Serveur / Serveuse to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders promptly to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Assist guests with menu selections, upselling specials or additional items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and proper food preparation procedures
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a delightful dining experience

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order calculations
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and assist guests confidently
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on upselling and enhancing guest satisfaction

Responsabilités

- Accueillir les clients de façon chaleureuse et professionnelle
- Présenter le menu et répondre aux questions des clients
- Prendre les commandes avec précision
- Servir les plats et les boissons efficacement
- Faire des recommandations sur les plats et boissons
- Assurer un suivi attentif des tables pendant le repas
- Collaborer avec la cuisine, le bar et l’équipe de salle
- Préparer, nettoyer et remettre les tables en place
- Maintenir une bonne connaissance du menu
- Participer aux tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture

Profil recherché
- Expérience en service de restauration considérée comme un atout
- Excellent sens du service à la clientèle
- Présentation professionnelle
- Dynamisme, rapidité et bonne organisation
- Capacité à travailler efficacement pendant les périodes achalandées
- Ponctualité et fiabilité
- Esprit d’équipe
- Français requis; anglais fonctionnel considéré comme un atout

- Quarts de soir et fins de semaine
- Salaire horaire + pourboires
- Possibilité d’évoluer avec REZAS dès l’ouverture
