Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items, specials, and dietary options.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive service.
- Upsell menu items and drinks to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to keep dining areas clean and inviting.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently while providing friendly guest relations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation,



and food handling protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Skills

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations gracefully.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety practices.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly attitude.
