Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, efficient and team-oriented Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.
As a Service Advisor, you are the communication link between our customers and our technicians. You help make sure service work is clearly documented, properly scheduled, communicated accurately and followed through from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced role with frequent interruptions, changing priorities and plenty of problem-solving. The right person will be comfortable speaking with customers, working closely with technicians and managers, keeping track of details, and staying calm when the day gets busy.
Our customers need clear answers and reliable follow-up. Our technicians need accurate information and organized work. The Service Advisor plays an key role in keeping both sides connected and keeping work moving.

stay organized and help the team keep moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Discuss service concerns with customers and accurately document repair requirements.
- Create and maintain clear, complete service and repair orders.
- Coordinate service appointments and scheduling with the Service team.
- Communicate with technicians regarding job status, parts requirements, repair findings and expected completion times.
- Keep customers informed regarding repair progress, estimates, approvals and delays.
- Obtain customer authorization for additional work when required.
- Complete customer follow-up and ensure outstanding questions or concerns are addressed.
- Assist with warranty claims and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure service documentation is completed properly.
- Work closely with Parts, Service and other departments to resolve customer and equipment issues.
- Support an organized, efficient and safe Service Department.
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred.
- Experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, automotive, truck, construction equipment or a dealership environment would be particularly relevant.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
- Comfortable having direct conversations with customers regarding repairs, timelines and costs.
- Reliable,
team-focused and willing to help where needed.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with diesel/heavy equipment is an asset.
- Kubota experience is an asset.
- Experience with the Infinity business system is an asset.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
- Bilingualism is an asset.

Compensation
Compensation is based on knowledge, skills, education and experience.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
