Do you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Fair Isle Ford Lincoln is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team. You'll be the trusted connection between our customers and our technicians, helping deliver an exceptional ownership experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

What You'll Do

· Welcome customers in person, by phone, and online

· Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs

· Recommend maintenance and repair services with honesty and transparency

· Prepare and manage repair orders using PBS Dealer Management Software

· Communicate technician findings in clear, easy to understand language

· Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

· Ensure every customer leaves satisfied

What We're Looking For

· Previous customer service or automotive experience is preferred

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Strong organization and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask in a busy environment

· A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people





· Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
