Overview

At Fair Isle Ford Lincoln, we believe great customer experiences start behind the scenes. We're looking for an organized, proactive Service Dispatcher to become the heartbeat of our busy service department. In this role, you'll coordinate the daily workflow of more than 15 technicians, ensuring repair orders are dispatched efficiently and fairly while maximizing shop productivity and keeping our customers moving.

What You'll Do

· Schedule and dispatch repair work to technicians based on skill and availability

· Balance shop workload to improve efficiency and reduce waiting times

· Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians throughout the day

· Monitor repair progress and adjust workflow as priorities change

· Help improve technician productivity and overall shop performance

· Contribute to a positive, team-first work environment

What We're Looking For

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to think ahead and solve problems without being prompted

· Multi-Task “working alongside with shop Forman’s and 16 techs”

· Strong communication and teamwork





· Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

· Automotive or dispatch experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
