Service Shop Technician

As a Service Shop Technician, you will become a crucial part of our team. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment maintenance and repair needs for our customer's equipment, including skis, snowboards,



bicycles and racquet stringing.

Your Responsibilities: Assembling/disassembling different types of bicycles

Bicycle, ski, and snowboard servicing

Deliver a fantastic customer service experience

Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.

What You Offer: You are a passionate, active and outgoing person

Previous customer service experience is an asset

Previous Service Shop experience is an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust
