Overview

Our team is looking for a Sheet Metal Installer holding a 308A certification. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining sheet metal systems across various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that HVAC ductwork, ventilation systems, and custom sheet metal components are expertly fitted and securely installed.

We’re looking for motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to high-quality building solutions. We are seeking someone with expertise and experience on both residential and commercial projects (commercial is crucial for this position)

Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, shape, and install sheet metal components using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of systems.
- Install HVAC ductwork, ventilation systems, and other sheet metal assemblies according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, electricians, plumbers,



and other trades to coordinate installation efforts seamlessly.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and restoration work on existing sheet metal systems as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
- Utilize welding skills when necessary to join sheet metal components securely.

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools such as snips, drills, hammers, and measuring devices.
- Construction experience with a focus on sheet metal installation and related trades.
- Team leadership skills (able to organize crews and jobs on their own)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of schematics for HVAC systems or other mechanical layouts.
