Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient handling, accurate documentation, and timely distribution. This position offers an energetic environment focused on precision, safety, and teamwork. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining organized storage to support our quick-paced warehouse operations.

Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service and ensuring inventory accuracy across our distribution network.

Duties

- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, packing lists, and delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS),Monday and Quick Books platforms to track inventory movements and update records in real-time.
- Prepare packages for shipment by selecting appropriate materials, sealing containers, and labeling products accurately for delivery.
- Conduct order picking and fulfillment activities efficiently to meet customer deadlines, including e-commerce orders.
- Maintain a clean,



organized warehouse environment by properly storing goods in designated areas and performing regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate load & unload activities, streamline warehouse distribution processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles with a focus on order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), Monday and Quickbooks platforms for inventory control.
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and e-commerce logistics.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in packaging and documentation procedures.
