Shipping/Receiving Clerk

We are looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team at our Laval branch!

Responsibilities

- Responsible for all daily inbound and outbound shipments;
- Responsible for shipping and receiving, packaging and unloading;
- Operate a pallet jack;
- Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Verify the accuracy of all received orders;
- Safely load and unload parts and equipment from trucks;
- Receive parts and equipment into the inventory system and complete the required documentation;
- Prepare parts for work orders and customer orders;
- Ensure the accuracy of parts in inventory and in service trucks;
- Perform cycle counts as required;




- Invoice work orders;
- Perform any other required duties.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Functional spoken English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and an ERP system;
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
