- Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, dusting, organizing shelves, and ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
- Assist customers in locating products, providing recommendations, and processing transactions at the checkout counter
- Restock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are properly labeled and organized for easy access
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting low inventory items




- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional displays and store setup activities effectively

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently to maintain a hygienic shopping environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
