This role supervises trades and subcontractors, manages on-site resources, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

- Trade qualification or relevant experience in construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans.
