Altea Active is seeking a Skating Skills Instructor who is passionate about teaching and empowering young skaters. This role focuses mainly on children aged 3-8, creating a positive learning environment.

As an instructor, your primary responsibility will be to convey skating techniques in a secure and fun manner. You’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to foster relationships with clients and their parents while implementing effective skating solutions. Your enthusiasm for fitness and health will inspire clients to stay engaged and work toward their goals safely.

Key Responsibilities: • Teach and demonstrate skating techniques for children • Maintain accurate records using CRM software • Engage clients in personalized training programs • Conduct assessments to monitor client achievements • Enforce safety protocols during sessions

Requirements: • Recognized personal training certification • CPR/First Aid certification needed • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred • Education related to health and fitness is a plus • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
