Job Overview

Duties

- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, and site preparation.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements





- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
- Must have reliable transportation
