PROCAD Designs Ltd. is an established BC residential design firm specializing in custom homes, renovations, additions, and secondary suites.

We are looking to expand our network of experienced Autodesk Revit users for remote contract work on a project-by-project basis.

This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working independently and can take a residential project from an established design direction through accurate Revit modelling and construction drawing documentation.

What We're Looking For

- Solid working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Experience producing residential construction drawings
- Familiarity with North American wood-frame construction
- Ability to create accurate, organized 3D building models and drawing sets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established company drafting and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed project deadlines
- Knowledge of the BC Building Code is an asset

Residential design and drafting experience is strongly preferred.

Contract Structure





Successful applicants will work with PROCAD Designs as independent contractors and may be offered projects based on experience, availability, project requirements, and workload.

Each project will have its own clearly defined scope, deliverables, schedule, and contract value. These will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

This is remote work and may be suitable for individuals looking for ongoing freelance work, supplemental project work, or a longer-term contracting relationship.
