Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Snow Plowing and Renovations Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces during winter and throughout the year. This energetic position involves clearing snow to ensure safety and accessibility, as well as performing renovations to improve landscape aesthetics and functionality. Duties

- Operate snow plowing equipment such as plows, salt spreaders, and blowers to clear driveways, walkways, and parking lots efficiently.
- Perform landscape renovations including planting, soil preparation, and installing new features to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Use hand tools and power tools for general maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, edging, and irrigation system adjustments.
- Maintain mechanical knowledge of equipment to troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure optimal operation.
- Assist with construction-related activities such as fencing, decking,



or other outdoor structures as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations, including proper handling of tools and machinery.

Experience

- Prior experience with snow plowing or winter maintenance is highly desirable.
- Construction experience or hands-on renovation work is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with landscaping practices including gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and minor repairs.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor maintenance and renovation projects.
- Experience working with irrigation systems or other garden-related installations is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality.
