Join our growing team as a Snow Plow Driver and become a vital part of ensuring safe and accessible parking lots during winter storms. In this energetic role, you will operate snow plowing equipment (2500 pickup truck with wideout plow and salter) to clear snow and ice from parking lots, helping tenants stay safe and functional regardless of weather conditions. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will keep operations running smoothly, making a tangible difference in people's daily lives during the harshest winter days.

There is a possibility that this job could lead to full-time employment including landscape maintenance services.

Responsibilities

- Operate snowplow truck and related machinery efficiently to transparent snow and ice from designated areas
- Conduct routine inspections of plow equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Coordinate with owner for repairs or mechanical issues requiring attention
- Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations while working in various weather conditions
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance using hand tools and power tools to ensure readiness for each shift
- Maintain detailed logs of work completed, including areas cleared, areas salted, weather conditions and timing in and out of each site





Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating large pickup vehicles preferred
- Able to work and be on call at all times as needed for winter weather conditions
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues with snowplow machinery and related equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather for extended periods while maintaining focus and safety
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with owner effectively
- Prior experience snow plowing a must
