Responsibilities

- Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, shovels, blowers, and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
- Assess weather conditions regularly to plan and execute timely snow removal efforts.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for detailed clearing tasks around landscaping features or tight spaces.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks when weather permits, including gardening, horticulture, and irrigation system checks.




- Collaborate with team members to prioritize high-traffic areas for snow clearance and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Document completed work and report any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.

Requirements

- Previous experience with construction, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards during snow removal operations.
- Valid physical ability to lift heavy loads, shovel snow, and operate machinery safely.
- Basic understanding of horticulture or landscape maintenance is advantageous but not required.
