We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy student or recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience in digital marketing, short-form video creation, and community building. If you love cutting dynamic video clips, writing engaging copy, and knowing what makes people stop scrolling on TikTok and Instagram Reels, this hands-on role is built for you!

Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Content Capture: Attend weekly pickleball clinics and sports programs to shoot high-energy raw footage, action rallies, coaching tips, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Short-Form Video Editing: Edit raw footage into punchy TikToks, Reels, and Shorts using CapCut, Premiere, or mobile editors—complete with trending audio, text overlays, and captions.
- Idea Generation & Trend Spotting: Proactively pitch fresh video concepts, funny moments, and trending social formats adapted for our brand.
- Copywriting & Scheduling: Draft engaging post captions, video titles, and clear calls-to-action to drive program sign-ups and community interaction.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in analyzing post metrics (views, retention, engagement) to refine our ongoing video strategy.





Qualifications
- Studying or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form videos (TikTok / Instagram Reels).
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, audio selection, and hook writing.
- Clear written communication skills with a focus on brand voice.
- Ability to travel on-site to local clinics and program locations to film content.
