About the Role

Immirra Migration Services Inc. is looking for a Sales & Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Brampton. This position combines sales, social media management, and general office support.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients, creating social media content, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. Commission opportunities are available based on successful client conversions.

Responsibilities

· Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

· Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting inquiries into booked consultations and clients.

· Create, post, and manage content across social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

· Record and edit short-form videos and other marketing content.

· Research content ideas, industry trends, and audience engagement opportunities.

· Assist with digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.

· Monitor marketing performance and provide basic reports when required.

· Help prepare marketing materials and promotional content.





· Assist with general office administration, including scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and supporting daily office operations as needed.

Requirements

· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and in person.

· Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

· Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

· Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or social media management is an asset.

Qualifications

· Secondary School Diploma (preferred).

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary plus Commission opportunities based on successful client conversions.
