We are seeking a Software Developer (C++/Real-Time Systems) for our software development client, a company with over 30 years of expertise in research and innovation, specializing in the application of advanced hardware and software technologies.

- Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with a variable bonus.
- Office location: Gatineau, QC (50% on-site, free parking).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop software solutions for real-time systems and analytics.
- Architect highly available, scalable real-time data repositories.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle activities based on AGILE principles: design, code, unit test, debug, integrate, and document.
- Attend meetings,



report progress, and take technical leadership and ownership of assigned work.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Education: University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in the development of real-time systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong C++ programming experience is required.
- Experience with Socket programming, VoIP, SIP Protocol, and telephony is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with IBM RSARTE is a nice-to-have.
- Soft Skills: Independent, positive work ethic, team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages: English or French (bilingualism is an asset).
