WE ARE LOOKING FOR A full time SPA CONCIERGE (7 Month Contract) We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Calgary has an opportunity to join our Spa team as a Spa Concierge. The Spa Concierge is responsible for hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while providing exceptional customer service to our guests while exceeding their expectations.

What is expEcted of me in this role?

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism

Approaches stressful situations with a positive, composed, and problem solving mindset

Thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy

Demonstrates an expert knowledge of Spa treatments, its facility and retail offerings.

Upholds the privacy and confidentiality of all guest information

Guest registration and processing payment

Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Shift schedule: Available to work a variety of shifts from Sunday to Saturday including holidays

Valid work authorization for Canada experience and Qualifications

Previous Spa or hospitality experience

Proserve and Food Safe Certification required
