Role Overview
As a key leader within Hershey Canada Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager will shape the future of our brands by turning consumer insights into growth strategies, building breakthrough marketing plans, and developing the next generation of marketing talent.

Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, innovation, or shopper strategy roles, ideally within CPG The anticipated base salary range for this role is $130,080 to $162,600 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
