Pacific Nations Auto Sales & Finance is looking for an experienced, professional automotive salesperson who knows how to create business — not wait for it.

This is a senior sales position built for a proven producer.

We offer an extremely aggressive compensation plan because we’re looking for an extremely capable salesperson: someone who can prospect, build relationships, market themselves, work their database and social media, and consistently produce 8–12+ deliveries per month.

The Pay Plan

17.5% commission on total front-end AND back-end grossCommission is not paid on the documentation fee.

Plus monthly volume bonuses

- 8 sales — $1,000 bonus
- 10 sales — $3,000 bonus
- 12+ sales — $4,000 bonus

For the right salesperson, this creates substantial earning potential without needing extraordinary volume.

Who We’re Looking For

We are not looking for an entry-level salesperson.

We’re looking for someone who can walk into the dealership and start producing.

You should already know how to:

- Cold prospect consistently and confidently
- Generate your own appointments and opportunities
- Build and maintain a customer database
- Follow up relentlessly without needing to be managed
- Generate referrals and repeat business
- Prospect through phone, text, email and social media
- Build your personal brand online
- Create and promote your own vehicle and sales content
- Work internet leads effectively
- Conduct a professional needs analysis and vehicle presentation

- Ask for the sale
- Ask for referrals
- Maintain relationships after delivery

We want prospectors. If your sales strategy is waiting for a fresh lead or an up to walk through the door, this probably isn’t the right position.

What Success Looks Like

We expect an experienced hire to be capable of getting into the 8–12 sale range quickly and building from there.

You’ll have dealership resources and support behind you, but ultimately you are responsible for generating your own success.

Compensation

Guaranteed minimum wage based on a 40-hour work week OR earned commissions and bonuses, whichever is greater.

Our senior sales representatives earn:

What Does That Actually Pay? Based on Pacific Nations’ actual 2026 YTD average commissionable gross per retail vehicle:

8 sales/month ≈ $68,000/year10 sales/month ≈ $106,000/year12 sales/month ≈ $132,000+/year

These aren’t based on an unrealistic maximum commission scenario. They’re calculated using our actual 2026 YTD dealership results.

We’re specifically recruiting experienced sales professionals capable of reaching the 8–12+ vehicle range quickly.

If you’re a serious prospector who can generate your own business through cold outreach, referrals, repeat customers, networking and social media, this pay plan gives you the opportunity to be compensated accordingly.

Pay: $39,500.00-$135,000.00 per year
