We are looking for a creative, reliable, and hands-on Stager to join our team on an as-needed basis.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Stager to assist our Lead Stager with preparing homes to be photo-ready for the real estate market.

You will meet at various property locations throughout the area and help with the setup, styling, and final details of each home. All staging furniture and inventory are provided — we are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

This is a flexible, as-needed position, typically requiring help a couple of times per month depending on our listing schedule.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Lead Stager with staging homes for real estate photography and market launch.
- Help move, arrange, and style furniture and décor throughout the property.
- Lift and carry staging bins, décor, and furniture as part of the setup and take-down process.
- Help load, unload, transport, and organize staging inventory as needed.
- Assist with hanging artwork, mirrors, and other wall décor to complete the look of each room.
- Assist with final styling details such as pillows, artwork, décor, bedding, and accessories.
- Make adjustments to furniture and décor to create the best possible presentation for listing photos.
- Ensure rooms are visually balanced, polished, and photo-ready.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of detail and presentation.




- Help keep staging inventory organized and treated with care.
- Travel to different property locations as required.
- Work closely with the Lead Stager and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to different homes and layouts.
- Comfortable working on a flexible, as-needed schedule.
- Previous staging, interior design, or decorating experience is an asset, but not required.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is an asset due to working at different property locations.

Position Details

Position: Real Estate Stager

Employment Type: Part-Time / As Needed

Schedule: Approximately a couple of times per month, based on listing needs

Location: Various properties throughout the area

Experience: Previous staging or design experience is an asset, but we are open to the right candidate.
